Events
Oak Creek Conservancy holds events and activities on an ongoing basis. Some, such as board meetings and sponsored dinners are private but many are open to the community as one of the missions of the Conservancy. Some are a natural extension of day-to-day activities involved in restoring an oak woodland such as watching loggers climb trees to create snags or watching a portable sawmill make lumber and some, like making mushroom logs, are related to the oak woodland environment. Other events like a house concert or potluck dinner are just plain fun and take advantage of the lovely facility.
Some of the events will have a description in this “events and activities section” and may have a link that will enable you to indicate if you would like to attend. Some events/activities require a registration fee. The web site is being updated so viewers will be able to click on a particular event/activity listed below to access more information.
